BIM Manager

Location: Southwark, London
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum + Hybrid Working

An exciting opportunity for an experienced BIM Manager to join a forward-thinking architectural and design environment, where BIM sits at the heart of how projects are delivered.

You’ll have real scope to influence how BIM is used across the business from developing standards and workflows to exploring new technology, automation and AI. You’ll also lead and support a team of BIM Coordinators, helping them develop while working closely with senior technology and design teams.

This would suit someone with a strong architectural or interiors background who enjoys combining Revit expertise, BIM management and digital innovation.

Office: Southwark, London
Hours: Monday–Friday, standard office hours

Duties:

  • Lead and support a team of BIM Coordinators
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows and guidance
  • Provide technical support across architectural and interiors teams
  • Lead BIM workshops, training and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Test and introduce new BIM, automation and AI technologies
  • Work with computational and digital design teams on automation opportunities
  • Support project-based BIM management and wider digital strategy

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience within an architectural or interiors environment
  • Exceptional Autodesk Revit knowledge
  • Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and ISO 19650 principles
  • Good understanding of UK construction
  • Experience leading, supporting or developing BIM professionals
  • Genuine enthusiasm for digital design, technology and innovation

Desirable:

  • Navisworks / Revizto and clash detection experience
  • COBie and model/data dashboards
  • Dynamo or pyRevit experience
  • Autodesk Forma / APS knowledge
  • Experience with sustainability or early-stage analysis tools
  • Interest in AI and workflow automation
