BIM Manager

Are you an experienced BIM Coordinator looking for a step up? Or a BIM Manager looking for a new challenge with a larger company?

We're looking for an experienced BIM Professional from an Architectural and/or multi-disciplinary walk of life, to take on the function within a department of a large multi-disciplinary.

We're offering:

• Generous salary - anywhere up to and beyond £65,000 depending on experience, though we're only after 3-5 years' experience in a solely BIM focussed role

BIM Manager

• This role will take ownership of information management and BIM practice, supporting both design and installation delivery teams.
• This is a strategic and practical role — equally focused on governance, people, and process as it is on systems and standards.
• Ensure consistency, governance, and proportionate application of BIM throughout our systems and project portfolio
• Mature its BIM and information management practices
• Adapt to ongoing changes within the ISO 19650 suite
• Prepare the organisation for future accreditation roadmap
