BIM Technician (MEP - remote)

As the MEP BIM Technician, you’ll be the digital backbone of the design process—turning engineering concepts into fully coordinated, clash-free 3D models that clients and contractors can trust. Your expertise in Revit MEP and Navisworks will ensure our designs are not only technically accurate but also seamlessly integrated across disciplines, helping projects run smoothly from concept to completion.

• Model detailed MEP building services (HVAC, electrical, public health) in Revit MEP to LOD standards required for each project stage.

• Use Navisworks for clash detection, coordination, and model review with multidisciplinary teams.

• Interpret engineers’ markups, schematics, and specifications into accurate 3D models.

• Maintain and update BIM models in line with project changes, ensuring version control and compliance with BIM Execution Plans.

• Collaborate remotely with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve coordination issues quickly and effectively.

• Prepare and export model data for client and contractor deliverables.

• Proven experience as an MEP BIM Technician within a building services environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP for modelling mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.

• Strong working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.

• Understanding of BIM processes and standards.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining excellent communication with the wider team.
