A Biology Teacher is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This will be a full time long term temporary Biology Teacher position with scope for permanent employment in the future.

Teaching for this Biology Teacher post will be for KS3 to KS4 Science classes mostly, with the possibility of KS5 lessons being added on, depending on the experience of the appointed applicant and availability.

The rates of pay for this Biology Teacher role will range from £170 to £280 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.

The School

An 'Outstanding' Secondary School & Sixth Form in the London Borough of Merton.

It is a mixed, 11 - 18, non-selective school with a wide demographic of pupils and staff.

90% of students stay in education or employment after Key Stage 4.

The site has its own dedicated SEN Support Centre and a variety of sports facilities.

Ofsted have noted there is positive culture of learning and a strong sense of community.

Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you're a recently qualified Biology Teacher or experienced Biology Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Biology Teacher or overseas trained Biology Teacher.

• UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
