About the Role:
As a Biomarker Studies Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of biomarker strategies for clinical studies. Your expertise will drive efficiency and quality in biomarker operations, making a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee end-to-end biomarker operations activities, ensuring quality data input and delivery for both clinical and investigational device studies.
- Protocol Development: Contribute to the creation of protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), and Biomarker Management Plans (BMP).
- Vendor Management: Manage activities of central laboratories and specialty biomarker labs/vendors, focusing on project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to coordinate biomarker data requirements and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Technical Expertise: Provide insights into biomarker analyses, including sample collection, assay techniques, and imaging technologies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to ICH/GCP, SOPs, ISO standards, and other regulatory requirements.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Clinical research/operations role, with a focus on clinical/diagnostic development or pharmaceutical R&D.
- Education: A university degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Skills: Strong experience in vendor and project management.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with drug development processes and relevant regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation abilities.
