Blending Operative

Are you an experienced Blending Operator looking for a new opportunity in food manufacturing? We’re recruiting for a busy, well-established site in Ellesmere Port, offering an immediate start and great weekday hours.

Role: Blending Operator
Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 4:00pm | Friday, 7:00am – 1:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

• £13.45 per hour
• Early finish every Friday
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Immediate starts available
• Ongoing opportunity within a stable food manufacturing environment
• Clean, organised and supportive workplace

• Operating blending equipment to mix ingredients accurately and safely
• Handling and moving ingredient bags (up to 20kg)
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and KPIs
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the process
• Supporting continuous improvement within the production area

• Previous experience as a Blending Operator, ideally in food manufacturing
• Ability to safely lift and carry bags weighing up to 20kg
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Good numeracy and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
