London and EU Projects

  • Yearly Salary - £50,000 - £75,000

Responsibilities

  • Commission BMS and control systems on large-scale data centre projects.
  • Perform point-to-point checks, I/O testing and functional system testing.
  • Carry out software testing, graphics validation and system integration.
  • Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues efficiently on site.
  • Work with HVAC, mechanical and electrical contractors during commissioning activities.
  • Support integrated systems testing (IST), witnessing and client demonstrations.
  • Produce commissioning documentation, test records and progress reports.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
  • Travel across the UK and Europe as projects require.

Desired Experience

  • Proven experience commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Experience with platforms such as Trend, Tridium Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens, Honeywell, Distech, Johnson Controls or similar.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC controls, plant operation and control strategies.
  • Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, MQTT or other communication protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret control drawings, wiring schematics and commissioning documentation.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe.
  • Full UK driving licence.
