BMS/CTS Project Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Programming and development of BMS / IBI solutions
  • Commissioning and system start-up on live projects
  • Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and continuous system optimisation
  • Modifications, upgrades, and enhancements to existing BMS installations
  • Configuration and setup of central systems and substation controllers
  • Balancing, testing, and full on-site system commissioning with clients
  • Producing and maintaining technical documentation and ensuring quality assurance standards are met

Desired Experience

  • Strong experience in BMS / CTS engineering or commissioning
  • Background working with HVAC controls and building automation systems
  • Experience with system programming, configuration, or integration
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working on-site with clients and complex systems
  • Knowledge of major BMS platforms (e.g. Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Tridium) is highly desirable
