About Us

We deliver high-quality design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance solutions for both new-build and refurbishment projects in the public and private sectors.

With significant growth in 2025-2026 and a strong order book of prestigious projects, we are now looking for an experienced BMS Projects Engineer to strengthen our delivery team and directly address current project pressures.

Role Overview

This is a key backfill role for an experienced Projects Engineer who can immediately take ownership of live BMS projects. You will manage projects end-to-end — from design and planning through to successful handover — ensuring we continue to deliver the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage BMS projects from concept through to completion.
  • Develop system architecture, project programmes, and cost plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert support.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and protect our reputation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a BMS Projects Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in building controls / HVAC.
  • Strong project management skills — planning, programming, risk management, and commercial awareness.
  • Solid understanding of Electrical Engineering principles and building control systems.
  • Experience with major BMS platforms (Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Niagara, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to deliver under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Full UK driving licence and ECS/CSCS card.

Career Progression

We're growing fast and want to invest in our people to grow with us. This role offers genuine routes into Senior positions, backed by training and accreditation and support to develop toward operations leadership as the business expands.
