BMS Sales Manager

I'm currently partnering with Europe's leading Building Management Systems (BMS) provider, a business that has established itself as the benchmark for intelligent building automation across the continent.

With operations spanning multiple European countries and a workforce of hundreds of specialist engineers, project managers and technical experts, the company has successfully delivered thousands of Building Management System projects across commercial real estate, data centres, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, education and critical infrastructure.

North Brabant Region

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new BMS and Building Automation projects across commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Develop relationships with consultants, M&E contractors, end users, developers and key decision makers.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to contract award.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with design, engineering and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Represent the business at client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the Building Automation industry.

Desired Experience

  • Proven experience selling Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, HVAC Controls or Smart Building solutions.
  • Strong understanding of control systems, HVAC applications and energy management technologies.
  • Demonstrable track record of winning new business and managing key accounts.
  • Existing network within the Dutch construction, M&E, commercial buildings or data centre sectors would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
