BMS Service Engineer

£50,000-£65,000 + Bonus + Car + Pension + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced BMS Service Engineer with strong Siemens experience to join an established team covering commercial and critical environments.

The role:

* PPM and reactive BMS service
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Siemens Desigo / PX systems
* BMS software modifications and graphics
* Trend and alarm analysis
* Commissioning and optimisation
* Fault finding across AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers, pumps and VAVs
* Working with controllers, sensors, actuators and valves
* Customer-facing service and technical support
* Completing service reports and documentation

Looking for:

* BMS Service / Controls Engineering experience
* Strong Siemens BMS experience
* Desigo / PX experience highly desirable
* Good HVAC controls knowledge
* Strong fault-finding skills
* Understanding of BMS networks / BACnet / Modbus
* Ability to read control schematics and drawings
* Full UK driving licence

Commercial, healthcare, data centre or other critical environment experience would be beneficial.
