Role Overview

Service Engineers support PFI Schools, Hospitals, Government Estates and MOD sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure and commission BMS components (Trend, Tridium, Distech).

  • Planned maintenance and reactive call‑outs (additional pay for rota).

  • Technical support to clients.

  • Identify improvement/remedial works.

  • Prepare proposals and quotations.

  • Build strong customer relationships.

  • Training provided.
