A well-established and growing building services contractor is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to join its specialist division. The Role
You’ll deliver service, fault-finding and small works across multiple projects, working both independently and alongside an experienced team.
Key duties:
- Commissioning small BMS systems
- Fault finding & diagnostics
- Point-to-point checks
- Graphics modifications
- Sensor & actuator calibration
- Supporting software strategy implementation
- Client & site liaison
Systems & protocols:
- Tridium
- Trend Control Systems
- Centraline
- Distech Controls
- Modbus, BACnet, Lon
Requirements
- Strong HVAC and BMS strategy knowledge
- Experience with Trend, Tridium and Centraline
- Understanding of VFDs and controls equipment
- IT literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
