Sytner Harold Wood is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Bodyshop Estimator to join our busy and professional Bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great customer service skills who is looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
About the Role
As a Trainee Bodyshop Estimator, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Bodyshop. Full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within a premium automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing a warm, professional welcome.
- Assisting customers with Bodyshop enquiries and keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
- Preparing and presenting vehicle repair estimates.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to promote Bodyshop services and products.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, confident and professional approach to customer service.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
