This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised Bodyshop Controller to contribute to repair quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position offers a salary of up to £40,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus monthly performance-based bonuses.

- 42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility around start and finish times.
- As Bodyshop Controller, plan and organise workflow to maximise production team utilisation and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams.
- Monitor repair progress and support a right-first-time approach to quality.
- Help deliver excellent customer service and strong financial performance.
- Lead and organise bodyshop production teams in line with operational requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining accurate and efficient processes.
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Controller or in a comparable bodyshop production management position.
- Detailed knowledge of vehicle repair methods and bodyshop processes.
- Previous hands-on technical automotive experience.
- Relevant technical qualifications are essential.
- Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality repairs.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced accident repair environment.
- A willingness to learn, develop and work with modern automotive repair technology.
