We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s well-established Bodyshop in Slough, Berkshire. This is an excellent Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor opportunity for a professional with automotive customer service experience to progress their career within a reputable organisation.

Benefits:
  • Up to £32,000 salary, dependent on experience
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • 42.5-hour work week
  • Rare requirement to work Saturdays

Duties of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor:
  • Completing all relevant paperwork for vehicle repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and detailed customer and vehicle database
  • Liaising professionally with customers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth repair processes
  • Managing and controlling credit and outstanding debts through effective invoice tracking
  • Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and orderly administration of all responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries with professionalism
  • Supporting workshop operations by ensuring all documentation and communication are maintained to a high standard
Requirements of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience working as a Customer Service Advisor within an automotive bodyshop environment
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and vehicle insurance procedures
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and on own initiative
  • Motor trade experience is essential
  • Proficiency with automotive CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • Professional and friendly attitude in dealing with clients and colleagues
