We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Bodyshop Manager / VDA to join a busy automotive bodyshop in Hornsey, London. This is a fantastic Bodyshop Manager / VDA  opportunity for an experienced professional to take full control of daily operations and ensure smooth workshop performance. The successful Bodyshop Manager / VDA will have a proven track record in managing busy bodyshops and possess estimating experience.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary between £50,000 and £60,000, depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 am – 6 pm
  • Saturday mornings, 8 am – 12 pm
  • Full autonomy to run the workshop and shape company success

Duties:
  • Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage workshop staff, maintaining high productivity standards
  • Handle vehicle estimates and liaise with insurance companies as required
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support business growth through effective team management and operational oversight
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar leadership role within a busy bodyshop environment
  • Estimating experience is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure
