The Role
As a Bodyshop Parts Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing the supply of vehicle parts required for repairs, ensuring technicians have everything they need to complete work efficiently and to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Ordering, receiving and allocating vehicle parts for ongoing repairs.
·Liaising with suppliers to source parts quickly and cost-effectively.
·Checking deliveries for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
·Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records.
·Working closely with estimators, technicians and workshop staff to ensure repairs remain on schedule.
·Returning incorrect or damaged parts and processing warranty claims where required.
·Maintaining accurate documentation and updating internal systems.
·Delivering excellent customer service while supporting the smooth running of the Bodyshop.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Bodyshop Parts Advisor / Parts Advisor / Automotive Parts Advisor who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
You will ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Bodyshop Parts Advisor, Parts Advisor or Automotive Parts Specialist (Essential).
·Knowledge of automotive vehicle parts and Bodyshop repair processes.
·Strong organisational and administrative skills.
·Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
·The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
·Good IT and stock control system experience.
·A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
·A full UK driving licence is desirable.
