Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic Accountancy Firm in Norwich in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive team. They are in the search for a Bookkeeper.
Key duties include:
- Undertake bank reconciliations
- Raise sales invoices as per clients’ instructions
- Process supplier invoices and allocating payments
- Checking purchase orders against invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Collate and process expenses
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Provide support to clients via telephone, email etc
- Prepare responses to supplier and clients queries
- Credit control on behalf of clients – sending the initial email or making the first phone call to customers
- Ensure accurate statements are sent to customers
Key Skills:
- Bookkeeping experience in a practice is essential
- Experience using QuickBooks and Xero would be beneficial
- Excel knowledge
