Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper (Temporary) £35k to 40k pro-rata

My client is a fully managed and maintained social housing provider / agent for local authorities and/or housing associations and, ultimately, their tenants.

They are now seeking to find additional resource within their Accounts team in their newly refurbished offices in the Hertford area.

This is a traditional bookkeeping role within a small, friendly accounting and finance team. As a seasoned and experienced bookkeeper, you will be able to quickly assess where the priorities are, proactively and systematically check existing entries and work closely with the Finance Director to bring the function up to date.

You will be very familiar with Zero and be able to work in this stand-alone role with minimal supervision. Ideally AAT qualified or above.

This role is initially a temporary role to Christmas; however, the role could become permanent or be extended depending on the needs of the business.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with 45 mins for lunch with the potential for hybrid working if the job becomes permanent.
