Bookkeeper 
12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Pure are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a growing business based in Sudbury on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of core finance processes while working within a supportive and collaborative team.

After an initial onboarding period (approximately one month in the office), hybrid working will be available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing both sales and purchase ledgers
  • Performing bank reconciliations on a regular basis
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting month-end processes
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assisting with general bookkeeping and finance duties as required
About You
  • Previous experience in a Bookkeeping or Finance Assistant role
  • Strong understanding of ledger management and reconciliations
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident using accounting software and Excel
  • Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
This role is based in Sudbury, so candidates will need to be able to commute during the initial training period.
