Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment with Potential Long-Term Opportunities
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised brewery, working within a fast-paced production environment where quality, teamwork and safety are at the heart of everything they do.
As a Bottling Operative, you will play a key role in the packaging and bottling process, ensuring products are produced to the highest standards whilst meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring bottling and packaging equipment
- Loading materials onto production lines
- Carrying out quality inspections on bottles, labels and finished products
- Packing products and preparing them for dispatch
- Identifying and removing defective products
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the production area
- Supporting line changeovers and production activities
- Following all health & safety and food safety procedures
- Reporting machinery faults, quality concerns or safety issues promptly
- Previous experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse or FMCG environments is desirable
- Experience working with machinery would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to working safely at all times
- Regular full-time hours
