A great opportunity to join our client's well-established Estate Agency as a Branch Manager ,where you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Branch, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities of Branch Manager:

• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee daily operations, including property viewings, client consultations, and transaction processes
• Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, record keeping, and compliance with company policies
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners to expand the branch’s network
• Coordinate marketing efforts to promote listings and attract new clients
• Ensure the branch maintains high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance evaluations

Skills

• Previous Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager experience essential
• Proven administrative experience with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and foster positive relationships with clients and team members
• Exceptional organizational skills to oversee daily operations, schedules, and property listings
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team and handle challenging situations confidently
• A proactive attitude with a passion for property sales and customer service excellence
• Full UK driving licence

Salary £35,000 OTE £50,000 pa

Uncapped commission with annual bonus

Car allowance/Company car after probation
