Branch Manager (Estate Agent)

The Role

As Branch Manager, you'll take ownership of your branch's performance, leading your team to deliver outstanding results while providing exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the day-to-day operation of the branch.

• Inspiring, coaching and developing a high-performing team.

• Winning new instructions and converting valuations into listings.
