Your mission
As a Branch Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy branch. You’ll provide administrative support, helping our managers and workforce deliver an excellent service to our clients.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, enjoys solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
Keeping everything in sync
- Coordinate workers, payroll, accommodation and travel arrangements.
- Chase timesheets, purchase orders, shift information and key documentation.
- Support workforce planning and maintain accurate schedules.
- Complete worker onboarding, including Right to Work checks, references, compliance documentation and system setup.
- Respond to day-to-day queries.
Ensuring compliance excellence
- Maintain accurate worker records and compliance documentation.
- Monitor training, medicals, competencies and expiry dates.
- Book training courses
- Support Sentinel administration and compliance processes.
- Prepare reports and ensure records remain accurate.
Owning the detail
Maintain internal databases including training, PPE, calibration and compliance records.
- Update systems with accurate worker and assignment information.
- Raise, process and check purchase orders.
- Resolve payroll, expenses and invoice queries.
- Upload and maintain worker documentation.
- Use Excel and internal systems to manage data and reports.
Supporting team success
- Provide administrative and operational support across the branch.
- Support consultants, managers and the wider operations team.
Carry out additional administrative duties as required to support a growing branch.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Can prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Has strong communication and administration skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Takes ownership of their work and has a proactive approach to problem solving.
Previous administration experience is essential. Experience within recruitment, rail, construction or compliance is desirable but not essential.
