£26,500 – £28,000 + 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays!) excellent benefits + free parking

Your mission

As a Branch Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy branch. You’ll provide administrative support, helping our managers and workforce deliver an excellent service to our clients.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, enjoys solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

Keeping everything in sync

  • Coordinate workers, payroll, accommodation and travel arrangements.
  • Chase timesheets, purchase orders, shift information and key documentation.
  • Support workforce planning and maintain accurate schedules.
  • Complete worker onboarding, including Right to Work checks, references, compliance documentation and system setup.
  • Respond to day-to-day queries.

Ensuring compliance excellence

  • Maintain accurate worker records and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor training, medicals, competencies and expiry dates.
  • Book training courses 
  • Support Sentinel administration and compliance processes.
  • Prepare reports and ensure records remain accurate.

Owning the detail

          Maintain internal databases including training, PPE, calibration and compliance records.

  • Update systems with accurate worker and assignment information.
  • Raise, process and check purchase orders.
  • Resolve payroll, expenses and invoice queries.
  • Upload and maintain worker documentation.
  • Use Excel and internal systems to manage data and reports.

Supporting team success

  • Provide administrative and operational support across the branch.
  • Support consultants, managers and the wider operations team.

Carry out additional administrative duties as required to support a growing branch.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Can prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Has strong communication and administration skills.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Takes ownership of their work and has a proactive approach to problem solving.

Previous administration experience is essential. Experience within recruitment, rail, construction or compliance is desirable but not essential.
