Brand Manager

This is a hands-on role combining brand, creative and commercial marketing. You’ll take ownership of customer lifecycle marketing, CRM, email and SMS strategy, brand campaigns and growth initiatives, with a strong focus on using customer data to increase engagement, retention, revenue and customer lifetime value.
The Role
You’ll have significant ownership of Klaviyo, developing and improving the way the business communicates with customers throughout their journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and optimising automated Klaviyo flows, including welcome, abandoned basket, post-purchase, cross-sell, win-back, VIP and reactivation journeys
Creating detailed customer segments based on purchasing behaviour, AOV, lifetime value, engagement, product interest and lifecycle stage
Managing the email and SMS marketing calendar across multiple brands
Planning campaigns around product launches, promotions, seasonal activity and key trading periods
Running A/B tests across creative, messaging, subject lines, offers, send times and calls to action
Analysing campaign and customer data to identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention and ROI
Developing strategies to increase repeat purchases, average order value and customer lifetime value
Creating cross-sell, upsell, bundle and personalised marketing opportunities
Developing campaign concepts that balance strong brand storytelling with commercial objectives
Coordinating product launches, content shoots, campaign assets and supporting marketing activity
Developing brand partnerships, collaborations and PR opportunities
Supporting marketing activity across grassroots sports, including football, rugby, cricket, netball, hockey and basketball
Working closely with creative, e-commerce, sales, product and senior management teams
Skills:
For this role, strong hands-on Klaviyo experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who understands both the creative and commercial sides of marketing and is confident using data to make decisions.
You’ll need:
Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, particularly flows, segmentation and campaign management
Experience managing email and SMS marketing
A good understanding of customer acquisition and retention
Experience using customer data to improve marketing performance
Strong communication and project management skills
A commercial mindset with an understanding of metrics such as AOV, customer lifetime value, conversion and ROAS
The ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities across different brands
