Brand Marketer

March Personnel

Our client is a growing 16-person business looking for an experienced Brand Marketer to take ownership of its marketing activity and help grow its brand across key business sectors.

This is a standalone, hands-on marketing role, working closely with the wider team to develop engaging campaigns and content that build brand awareness, increase engagement and followers, generate inbound leads and support commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the company's marketing strategy, campaigns and content calendar.
  • Build and grow the company's presence across digital channels, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content that strengthens the brand and supports commercial objectives.
  • Identify industry news, trends and insights and turn them into relevant content and campaigns.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to source ideas, expertise and content.
  • Monitor performance and use insights to improve engagement and results.
  • Support the sales team with targeted marketing activity that generates opportunities.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity and tone of voice.

Key Attributes

  • Experience marketing a service-based business, ideally within recruitment or a sales-led environment.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of how marketing supports sales and growth.
  • Creative, with strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Confident and knowledgeable in using LinkedIn to build brand awareness, engagement and inbound leads.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership.
  • Strong communicator who works well with stakeholders across the business.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage campaigns and maintain a consistent content schedule.
  • Hands-on, with experience using Canva and other marketing tools.
  • Able to identify relevant industry trends and turn them into engaging content.

As the company's sole marketer, you'll have real ownership of the brand and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on its growth. You'll receive comprehensive training on the market, proposition and target audiences, while working alongside an experienced team who will provide industry insight, ideas and content opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys autonomy, creating engaging content and seeing the direct commercial impact of their work.
