A globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Denham is looking to recruit a Brazer / TIG Welder to join its assembly team.
This is a hands‑on role focused primarily on brazing, with some TIG welding involved. You'll be working on safety‑critical aerospace components, following engineering drawings and manufacturing procedures to produce work to a consistently high standard.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out low‑temperature silver brazing and high‑temperature brass brazing on aerospace components
- TIG welding aluminium and stainless steel components where required
- Operating spot welding equipment
- Deburring, polishing, cleaning and inspecting finished work
- Working from engineering drawings, specifications and job cards
- Completing self‑inspection activities to ensure components meet quality standards
- Supporting prototype and development work when required
- Assisting with welding activities across the wider manufacturing operation
- Following all health & safety, quality and process requirements
- Supporting continuous improvement and 5S activities within the department
What you'll need
- Engineering or manufacturing background
- Previous brazing and TIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Understanding of quality standards and safe working practices
- Experience using measuring equipment, grinders and engineering hand tools
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
- Certification in aerospace welding or brazing standards would be beneficial but is not essential.

- Days: 08:00–17:00 Monday to Thursday / 08:00–12:00 Friday
