About the Role: 

We are looking for an experienced and people‑focused Food & Beverage Breakfast Supervisor to lead service across Arcus. You will oversee daily operations, inspire the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across morning service.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

•       Lead and supervise daily food and beverage service.
•       Support rota planning, staffing levels and team performance.
•       Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
•       Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and hygiene standards.
•       Oversee stock control, cash handling and service readiness.
•       Conduct pre‑shift briefings and motivate teams through hands‑on leadership.

Who You Are: 

• Proven experience supervising F&B teams in hospitality environments.
• Strong people‑management, organisation and communication skills.
• Confident user of MS Office.
