BREEAM Co-ordinator

We are seeking an experienced BREEAM Coordinator to support the delivery of sustainable construction projects and ensure compliance with BREEAM assessment requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate BREEAM requirements throughout the design and construction phases.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors and BREEAM Assessors.
• Monitor project performance against BREEAM targets and provide guidance on compliance.
• Coordinate and maintain BREEAM evidence, documentation and submissions.
• Track progress against sustainability objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on BREEAM performance and requirements.
• Ensure relevant environmental and sustainability standards are incorporated into project delivery.

Experience required:
Previous experience in a BREEAM, sustainability or environmental role within the construction industry, with a good understanding of BREEAM assessment criteria and construction processes.
