Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in bricklaying and general multiskilled repairs
- Ability to complete responsive repair work orders efficiently
- Competent in using a tablet to update jobs and order materials
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
- Must have own battery-powered tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of brickwork and associated repairs
- Deliver high-quality work in occupied and void properties
- Accurately complete work orders and request materials digitally
- Ensure work is completed in line with safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and self-motivated individual
- Strong customer service skills when working in tenants’ homes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours & Pay
- Monday - Friday
- 08:30 - 16:30
- Starting paye rate range: £20- £23 P/H
