We're looking for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a solo children's home, providing one-to-one support for young people who have experienced trauma and need someone who believes in them, even on the days they struggle to believe in themselves.

What you'll be doing

You'll help create a home where young people feel safe, valued and understood.

That means you'll:

• **  Support young people with activities, appointments and everyday life.
• **  Work alongside a close-knit team who have your back when you need it.

• ** Holds a full UK manual driving licence.

** Experience in residential childcare or a similar support role is desirable, but your values and attitude matter just as much.

A few important bits

Due to Ofsted regulations, we'll need a full employment history, satisfactory references and an Enhanced Adult & Child DBS check (which we'll pay for).

A full UK manual driving licence is essential.

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer sponsorship for this position, so applicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
