• A strong construction‑savvy Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex projects
• SMSTS or CCNSG certification (advantageous)
• NEBOSH experience (highly useful)
• Ability to be on‑site when required
• Experience working client‑side

• Defence sector experience (preferred but not essential)

What You'll Lead

As the Project Construction Leader, you'll take ownership of CAPEX projects from the earliest feasibility stages through design, specification, delivery, and final handover. You'll be the orchestrator of multi‑disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with internal requirements and AIRBUS procedures.

Your Impact

• Build and lead Multi‑Functional Project Teams (MFTs) to deliver high‑quality construction and engineering projects
• Oversee detailed design of Building Services, including major plant replacement and refurbishment
• Apply industry‑standard design and calculation software
• Conduct and interpret condition surveys, audits, and lifecycle planning
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and external partners
• Produce high‑quality reports, drawings, and technical specifications
• Maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships
• Ensure technical compliance, safety, and H&S excellence across all project phases

Skills & Attributes You Bring

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams
• Senior‑level FM or PM experience
• Strong background in Capital Investment Project Management
• ONC/HNC or equivalent in Building Engineering Services or related discipline
• Hands‑on experience delivering refurbishment and engineering services in existing buildings
• End‑to‑end project lifecycle expertise - from feasibility to handover
• Ability to translate client briefs into actionable construction requirements
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems across varied building types
• Consultancy experience (highly desirable)
• Professional membership (CIBSE, IMechE, IET)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Commitment to safety, security, and ethical compliance

Your Core Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor detailed project delivery plans
• Identify and mitigate risks while maximising opportunities
• Lead CAPEX business cases from preparation to approval and close‑out
• Create detailed Building Services design briefs
• Produce and present technical documentation, analysis, and cost reports
• Use tools such as SharePoint, MS Project, and G‑Suite
• Manage external project costs from request to completion
• Oversee installation works on‑site, ensuring compliance and safety
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional project outcomes
