Are you an experienced BMS or Building Controls Engineer looking for a role with more stability and a better work-life balance?
Do you want to move away from constant call-outs, customer deadlines or travelling between sites into a position where you can focus on maintaining and improving a high-quality estate?
This is an opportunity to join a well-established estates team responsible for maintaining a large and diverse estate with modern academic, residential and commercial buildings. Known for its excellent staff retention and supportive culture, this organisation offers a stable working environment where quality and long-term investment take priority.

The role combines hands-on fault finding and maintenance with continuous improvement, allowing you to use your technical expertise while developing your knowledge of modern building controls, energy management and smart building technologies. You'll also support apprentices and maintenance engineers by sharing your knowledge and helping develop the wider team.
This role would suit an experienced BMS or Building Controls Engineer looking for a long-term position where they can take pride in their work, enjoy genuine job security and benefit from an outstanding work-life balance.
The organisation offers an excellent benefits package including a generous pension scheme, substantial annual leave, ongoing professional development and a culture that values quality, collaboration and employee wellbeing.
