Building Fabric Technician/Engineer

Job description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and reliable Building Fabric Technician/Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional with a strong background in installation, maintenance, and planned preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and PPM tasks to ensure systems remain fully operational
• Conduct fault finding and repairs efficiently and safely
• Undertake testing and inspection in line with current regulations
• Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately

Requirements:

• Any trade NVQ level 2 – preferred but not essential
• Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and PPM works
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
