Building Maintenance Supervisor

This is a hands-on working supervisor position, combining mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled maintenance with responsibility for an eight-person engineering team.
The Role
As the Building Maintenance Supervisor, you'll:
- Lead eight engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance across three sites.
- Complete hands-on mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled building maintenance.
- Allocate workloads and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Support engineer development while maintaining high service delivery standards.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet health, safety and statutory requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders across the portfolio.
To be successful as the Building Maintenance Supervisor, you'll have:
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent mechanical or electrical qualification.
- Proven experience within a maintenance supervisor or lead engineer position.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services maintenance and compliance.
- Experience working across multiple sites would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, organisation and team leadership skills.
- Must be willing and able to undergo SC Clearance.
- £46,000–£48,000 salary.
- Permanent, full-time position.
