Building Safety Manager

Current vacancy for a houising association working as a Building Safety Manager. 

This is a contract for three to six months, two days office based.

• Lead building safety and compliance across our housing portfolio, ensuring residents remain safe in their homes.
• Manage requirements under the Building Safety Act, including safety cases, risk assessments and regulatory submissions.
• Work closely with residents, contractors and internal teams to communicate risks and deliver improvement programmes.
• You’ll bring strong knowledge of fire and structural safety legislation, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification.
