Building Services Maintenance Technician

Building services maintenance technician for site in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
The building services maintenance technician will be working as part of a team of M&E and Fabric technicians on a large distribution and head office facility.

• General electrical services: lamping, fire alarm checks, emergency lighting drain down and checks.
• Basic plumbing: changing taps, hot water temperature checks
• This is a 2-month contract position that could go permanent
• 8am to 5pm - 45 hours per week
• Umbrella PAYE rate is £26.29 per hour
• PAYE rate is £20.19 per hour
• Requirements: Electrical or Plumbing / mechanical FM qualifications
• Building maintenance / Facilitates maintenance experience is required
