Your new company is a social housing organisation based in the North West who are looking for a temp Building Surveyor to cover their Liverpool, Chester and Warrington patch.

Your new role
Your new role will be working as part of a newly assembled Awaab's law, phase 2 project team within the responsive repairs' directorate.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have social housing surveying experience and a good knowledge of structural, hygiene and fire-related defects in a social housing property.

What you'll get in return
£30.92 per hour and a fully remote working role with mileage paid from home. Only very sporadic office time required. Flexible team who let you get on with it.
