Description
- Manage planned works programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, roofing etc.)
- Oversee project delivery and contractor performance
- Prepare specifications, works orders, and estimates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant
- Support decarbonisation and energy efficiency initiatives
- Maintain resident communication throughout project delivery
Profile
- Experience delivering planned works in housing
- Strong project management and contractor oversight experience
- Understanding of compliance and H&S requirements
- Commercial awareness and budget control
- Strong stakeholder engagement skill
