An award winning multi-discipline practice is looking to expand their department with the addition of 3x building surveyors. We are looking hire building surveyors between the levels of Intermediate through to Associate.
I am proudly supporting the growth and development of the team, due to continued success and some internal promotions new positions in the division have arisen. We are looking for building surveyors with experience across project delivery. Having a background in working across the public housing, healthcare and education sectors is desirable.
The successful Building Surveyor
- BSc in Building Surveying
- MRICS/MCIOB qualified or working towards this accreditation
- Proven project experience
- Client facing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK drivers licence
The opportunity is to lead and deliver multiple schemes across the Southeast. You will manage your own diary and client base. Typical projects range between £200k - £4million, you will support the lead Partner in the team with client management and delivery. Projects range from maintenance, refurbishment and enhancement.
