Building Surveyor

One of my Local Authority clients based in Northwest is looking for a Building Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months.

Ideally you will:

· Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)

· Based in a commutable distance to Lancashire (2/3 days in office, rest is WFH)

· Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity.

Responsibilities include:

· Damp and Mould assessments.

· General Building Surveying duties (3-4 Damp and Mould surveys in the morning and write them up in the afternoon)
