Building Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a Social Housing organisation on an interim basis, covering properties in the North East.

The role will focus on carrying out damp, mould and condensation surveys within occupied properties, identifying defects and recommending appropriate remedial works.

The role:

• Conduct damp and mould surveys across social housing properties
• Diagnose causes of damp, mould and condensation
• Inspect property defects and recommend remedial action
• Complete accurate reports and survey notes
• Liaise professionally with tenants and internal teams

Requirements:

• Previous Building Surveying / Social Housing experience
• Strong knowledge of damp, mould and condensation
• HNC or Degree in Building Surveying
• Confident working within occupied homes
• Full UK driving licence
