The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Administration Assistant to join a busy corporate team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, professional environment, supporting a range of administrative, procurement, budget control, and operational activities.

You will play a key role in keeping day-to-day processes running smoothly, working closely with colleagues across multiple departments and helping to ensure a high standard of administrative support is delivered across the team.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient, and professional support.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage department documentation, records, and correspondence.
  • Support procurement activities, including purchase order administration and invoice processing.
  • Monitor administrative processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Process and coordinate expense claims and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve administrative and payment-related queries.
  • Maintain and update asset and equipment records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with department reporting, budgeting activities, and general operational administration.
  • Support project teams with administrative activities to help deliver business objectives effectively.
  • Contribute to process improvements and provide support on ad hoc tasks as required.


Skills & Experience
