We are now looking to expand our internal family and welcome a motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
Working from our modern head office, you will step into an administrative position supporting our busy Operations function. This is a brilliant opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining a formal business administration qualification while developing foundational skills within a fast-paced corporate environment. You will work under the direct guidance of experienced mentors who will support your development every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and supply formal Statements of Particulars detailing crucial assignment information to each candidate we successfully place.
- Assist with accurate data entry, updating electronic candidate records and maintaining client databases to protect information compliance.
- Manage incoming phone calls professionally, handling initial enquiries, taking messages, and routing calls to the correct internal departments.
- Manage the office email inbox using Microsoft Outlook, sorting correspondence and responding to daily administration queries.
- Produce and format formal corporate documentation using Microsoft Word.
- Provide general administrative support across the wider operations and compliance teams to keep day-to-day office functions running smoothly.
Skills and Attributes We Are Looking For
- Good computer literacy, showing complete comfort using general IT systems.
- Competent software skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring paperwork and data inputs are error-free.
- A professional, polite, and confident telephone manner when dealing with candidates and clients.
- Good communication talents, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive willingness to learn new workflows.
- A positive, reliable team player who enjoys working in a vibrant, collaborative environment.
