Business Administrator

Contract Type: Temporary

Hours: 37.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 45-minute break)

Location: Fully on-site, Park Royal

Pay rate: £16.00-£17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by:

Administration Support:

- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to departments including Commercial, HR, Operations, Production, and Facilities.

- Manage busy communication schedules and coordinate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate records and databases while ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.

- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding action items.

Document Preparation:

- Assist in creating and formatting reports, presentations, and other essential documents.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to complete internal and external submissions.

Communication:

- Serve as a key contact for inquiries, responding professionally and promptly.

- Greet visitors with a cheerful attitude and ensure a positive representation of the organisation

Meeting Support:

- Prepare materials for key meetings and take minutes, distributing them within five working days.

- Organise logistics for on-site customer meetings, including travel arrangements and venue setup.

Skills & Abilities:

- Minute taking is essential for the role

- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritise multiple assignments and maintain impeccable attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident in database management.

Personal Qualities:

- High levels of integrity and discretion.

- A motivated, polite, and diplomatic demeanour.
