What you will do at work:
You will support the Love Beer team with daily admin, customer enquiries, order processing, data entry, stock records, emails, filing and general office tasks. You will learn how a growing beer wholesale business operates while developing organisation, communication and customer service skills.
Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Confident using the internet and learning new systems
Good attention to detail when entering information
Ability to organise tasks and manage time effectively
Friendly and professional when speaking with customers and colleagues
Willingness to learn and ask questions
Basic numeracy skills for checking orders, stock information and customer details
Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
Requirements:
GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above is preferred
Applicants without these grades may still be considered, but may need to complete Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship
No previous business administration qualification is required

● Stock or Order Processing Assistant As the business grows, the role may develop further depending on the apprentice’s strengths, performance and interests.
This role will involve working in a busy beer wholesale business, supporting office administration, customer enquiries, order processing and day-to-day operations. Training and support wi l be provided throughout the apprenticeship. The successful candidate wi l need to be comfortable using computers, speaking to customers and working as part of a smal team. Applicants must be able to travel reliably to the workplace.
You MUST be 18-years old or over as you will be serving alcohol.
