Job Title: Business Analyst Assessor / Trainer
Location: Remote, with minimal travel required
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Duties:
- To deliver engaging workshops / masterclasses to cohorts of learners working towards Business Analyst Apprenticeships (Level 4) via a blended learning approach (face-to-face and remote).
- Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
- Conduct assessments of learner knowledge, skills and behaviours against the Apprenticeship Standard.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
- Experience of coaching and delivering Apprenticeships Standards in Data Technician Levels 3 and Business Analyst Level 4 – similar.
- Must hold solid, occupational experience as a Business Analyst.
- Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) and/or Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or above).
- Hold own Maths and English GCSEs or Level 2 equivalents, and IT Functional Skills at Level 2 (minimum) or equivalent digital literacy.
- Experience of supporting learners both face-to-face and remote.
- Must be flexible with travel when required.
