Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a government client. This is a 12-month FTC based in Newcastle. Candidates must either be based locally or willing to relocate/travel to Newcastle. There will be requirements to attend offices, quarterly in-person meetings, and additional ad hoc workshops.

Responsibilities
- Translate user research and user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Work effectively with technical teams to produce build-ready requirements.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the programme.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Produce structured analysis artefacts and documentation.
- Ensure requirements are linked to user needs and business value.
- Support delivery within digital product environments.
- Adapt to complex and changing environments.
- Minimum 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
- Experience working in digital product environments.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Understanding of data, analytics and digital delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams.
- Experience producing structured analysis artefacts and documentation.
