Location: Remote (Wales-based organisation) – Travel to Cardiff required twice in the first month, then once monthly
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
We’re recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a prestigious public sector organisation in Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a remote capacity, with occasional travel to Cardiff.
Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support data process automation initiatives.
- Utilise Azure DevOps for project tracking and delivery.
- Analyse and improve existing workflows and systems.
- Develop and interpret data process flow diagrams and entity-relationship diagrams.
- Collaborate across teams to build effective, scalable solutions.
- Work through the phased development lifecycle, ensuring quality and consistency.
What We’re Looking For in a Business Analyst:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is essential.
- Proven experience in business analysis, especially in data-heavy environments.
- Solid understanding of process mapping and solution design.
- Background in scientific, environmental, or water-related sectors is advantageous but not essential.
